This course explores how ToM shapes a person’s ability to interpret the thoughts, feelings, intentions, and social cues of others, and how deficits in this area can influence behavior, decision‑making, vulnerability, and legal outcomes. Participants will learn how ToM challenges present in interviews, treatment settings, courtroom behavior, and interpersonal interactions, and how targeted interventions can improve safety, communication, and long‑term outcomes.
