Strategies for Preparing and Transferring Client Cases to Another Attorney (F111)


Description
This training sets the framework and expectations for OPD Parent Representation Program attorneys when client cases are transferred from one attorney to another attorney. Attorneys will review RPC 1.4 Communication and RPC 1.16 Declining or Terminating Representation. The Attorney will take short quizzes to demonstrate their knowledge and review of applicable RPCs and the concepts in the course.
