Description

This course will teach attorneys the basics of representing parents in child protective cases. The course will track the stages of a child protection case from the preliminary protective order through a termination of parental rights proceeding. This course satisfies the initial training requirements set forth by Commission Rule 94-649 C.M.R. Ch. 2.
